Tuneful Tuesdays: Ed Sheeran / @StephanieKeyes

Ed Sheeran is a new phenomenon for many people with a Grammy nomination to his name. Yet, for those of us who found him by bouncing around on the web in prior years, he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves.

Sheeran, is an English songwiter and singer, who wrote his hit The A Team, after visiting a homeless shelter as a teenager. No, it is not about Mr. T. Though the song has a feel-good vibe which immediately puts you in mind of a Sunday drive through the country, the tune is pretty dark. It’s about a young woman addicted to “Class A” Drugs, a.k.a. The A Team. The song will not only make you think, but it will make you smile and cry at the same time.

I hope you enjoyed! Stop back next Tuesday for my next pick of the week.
